After my little guy was born, my energy tanked.  I was exhausted, overwhelmed, moody and I had lost Kelly and become this entity called "Mom".

That was the line in the sand.  This is where I knew that for me to be the best mom, I had to get me back and start taking care of myself.

So I decided to go back to the drawing board and look at my diet, lifestyle and mindset. After making some changes I am starting to feel much happier, more energetic and more like my wonderful nerdy quirky self!
